Dan is grew up and is originally from Winter Park, FL. He received his college degree from UCF, University of Central Florida - Go Knights! Dan spent many years in the kitchen of various restaurants across South Florida then moved to Virginia where he ultimately opened his own restaurant. After his experience owning and operating a successful restaurant, Dan went to the other side of kitchen and began selling food and equipment. Years later, Dan returned to Florida and married his partner in crime, Erica.
Erica grew up in a small town of Virginia where she obtained her college degree in business and marketing. Various careers in store management to marketing director of a large flooring manufacturer then to owning and operating her own store have all been successful stepping stones. Erica grew up around the real estate industry as her mother was a Realtor, so she knows the value a Realtor brings to any real estate transaction.
